Managing Stock List

The Inventory view gives you an overview of your entire stock list. From here, you can search for machines, filter your inventory, customise the table view, and access key actions for individual machines.

1. Search and Filter Your Inventory

Use the search bar to quickly find a machine by its make, model, or ID.

To narrow down your stock list, open Filters. You can filter machines using different criteria, including:

  • Categories — filter by machine category.

  • Available parameters — filter by the available machine-specific parameters.

  • General information — filter by general machine details, such as status or other available information.

Combine filters to find the machines you need, whether you're looking for a specific brand, category, status, or another set of criteria.

2. Save and Manage Filter Presets

If you regularly use the same filters, you can save them as a preset so you don't have to configure them every time.

  1. Open Filters and select the criteria you want to use.

  2. Click Save Preset.

  3. Enter a name for your preset. You can review the filters included in the preset before saving.

  4. Choose whether to make the preset public, so the whole company can use it, or private, so it is only available to you.

  5. Click Save.

Editing an Existing Preset

To change a saved preset, open it in the Inventory view and then open Filters.

After making your changes, you can:

  • Update the preset to save the changes to the existing preset.

  • Save as new to create a separate preset while keeping the original.

  • Discard changes to cancel your edits.

  • Rename the preset.

  • Delete the preset if you no longer need it.

3. Customise Your Inventory View

You can adjust how your inventory is displayed to make it easier to work with your stock.

  • Reset sorting and filters to clear your current view and return to an unfiltered list.

  • Manage columns to choose which information is displayed in the inventory table.

  • Fullscreen grid — click the last icon to expand the grid into fullscreen mode.

These options help you organise the information in a way that suits your workflow. Furthermore, you can download your inventory data along with images in an Excel file. The button for this is next to the fullscreen grid button.

4. View and Manage Individual Machines

Each machine in your inventory has actions available directly from the inventory view.

When clicking on the three dot menu, you can:

  • View the machine – Open the machine’s details.

  • Duplicate the machine – Create a copy of the existing machine.

  • Create an auction – Set up an auction for the machine.

  • Send the machine to auction – Send the machine to an existing auction.

  • Change sales channels – Manage the channels where the machine is published.

  • Mark as sold – Update the machine’s status to sold.

  • Update template – Renew the template used for the machine.

  • Convert the machine categories – Change the machine’s category.

  • Archive the machine – Remove the machine from your active inventory by archiving it.

5. Bulk actions

You can perform actions on multiple machines at once directly from the Inventory view.

To enable bulk actions:

  1. Select the machines you want to manage in the Inventory view.

  2. The Bulk Actions menu will appear next to the full grid view button.

  3. Click the menu to access the available actions.

You can use bulk actions to:

  • Change sales channels – Update the sales channels for the selected machines.

  • Archive machines – Archive multiple machines at once.
