Go to Inventory and click Add Machine.
You can create a machine in two ways:
Create machine with AI: Enter the available machine description, specifications, and other information into the generator, then click Analyse. The system analyses the information, identifies the corresponding category, and fills in the available machine fields based on the information provided.
Choose categories: Select the main category, mid-category, and subcategory, as applicable. Choose the machine type if required, then click Create machine.
Once the machine is created, you will be taken to the machine details overview.
Details
Under Details, you can view and manage all machine information and specifications.
To add information or make changes, click Edit, fill in or update the relevant fields, and click Done to save your changes.
A progress indicator shows how much information you have filled in. As a rule of thumb, the more relevant information you provide, the better your listings will be. Complete machine details help potential buyers understand the equipment and make it easier to find through searches and sales channels.
You can toggle all fields on or off to show or hide the available fields.
Machine Actions
In the machine details view, click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner to access additional actions.
From this menu, you can:
Duplicate the machine – Create a copy of the existing machine.
Create an auction – Set up an auction for the machine.
Send the machine to auction – Send the machine to an existing auction.
Mark as sold – Update the machine’s status to sold.
Update template – Change the template used for the machine.
Convert the machine categories – Change the machine’s category.
Archive the machine – Remove the machine from your active inventory by archiving it.
Media
Under Media, you can manage the machine's images.
Drag and drop images into the upload area or click to select images from your device. Before uploading, the images will appear under Selected image(s), where you can crop them, make them private, or remove them from the selection.
Once you're happy with the selected images, click Upload.
To manage uploaded images, select an image using its checkbox to delete it. Alternatively, click the three-dot menu on an image to access additional options.
You can set an image as the cover image, make it private, rotate it, or delete it.
Marketing and Sales
Under Marketing, you can manage the machine's advertisements and marketing settings. These options are covered in a separate tutorial.
The Sales tab contains sales-related information and actions and will also be covered separately.
Auction Information
Auction-related information and settings are covered in a separate tutorial.
Adding More Machines
You can add additional machines at any time by returning to Inventory and clicking Add Machine.
