4. Connection Requests

The Connection Requests view shows incoming requests from Freemium users who are waiting to be linked to your CRM.
You can filter requests by status, customise the displayed columns, and switch to full grid view.
Manage a Connection Request
Click the three-dot menu next to a request to manage it. Review the request details before deciding how to proceed.
If you do not want to accept a request, click Reject request.
Review Matching Contacts
If the information in a request matches an existing CRM contact, you may see the following notification:
CRM contacts with matching phone numbers were found. Phone matches are shown for reference only — you may link one of these contacts or create a new contact.
Review the suggested matches carefully. Phone number matches are provided as a reference and do not automatically link the request to an existing contact.
If the request matches an existing contact, you can choose to link that contact. If you do not want to link an existing contact, you can create a new one instead.
Approve a Connection Request
Once you have reviewed the request and decided to proceed:
Review contact information – Double-check the contact details and click Continue.
Review company information – Check the company details and click Continue.
Review the overview – Check the information one final time to make sure everything is correct.
Approve the request – When everything looks good, click Approve to complete the process.
Review all contact and company information carefully before approving the request to ensure the details are accurate.
