Setting up Your Machineric Account

Getting started with Machineric requires a few important setup steps on both sides. Completing these steps quickly and with full attention ensures a smooth onboarding process and allows your team to begin working efficiently as soon as possible.

Below is a complete overview of what is needed from your side to activate your account.

You will learn:

  • What information is required for account setup

  • How to add users and external contacts

  • What is needed to configure templates (PDF offers & QR stickers)

  • How to prepare sales channel integrations


Step-by-step Instructions

Account Set-Up

To configure your account, please provide the following information:

  • All address and contact details (including sales locations)

  • Company email address

  • Local VAT number and EU VAT number

  • Website address

  • Contact details for the primary admin user

  • Required machine categories

Send all information to [email protected].

Our support team will configure your account based on the provided details.


Admin Set-Up

Once your account is created, you can begin adding your team members.

Adding Internal Users

  1. Log in to the Admin profile.

  2. Click Admin.

  3. Click People.

  4. Under Users, click Add User.

  5. Fill in the required fields.

  6. Click Save.

⚠️ Tip: All added people have the standard user rights. To make anyone an admin, the account owner should send [email protected] a message.


Adding External Contacts

You can also add external contacts (e.g., partners or collaborators):

  1. Go to External Contact.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Fill in the required fields.

  4. Click Save.


Template Set-Up (PDF Offers & QR Stickers)

Our support team will help configure your branded PDF offers and QR sticker details.

Please provide:

  • Company logo file in SVG format

  • Primary company color (and secondary color, if applicable)

Send this together with your account setup information to [email protected].


Sales Channels Set-Up

To activate marketplace integrations, please provide:

  • Your full list of desired sales channels

  • A list of already active sales channels

  • Test machine specifications (used to test channel connections)

This allows us to configure and verify integrations correctly.


Completion

Once all setup steps are completed, your account will be fully configured and ready to use.
