Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing Company Settings

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on Admin.

  3. Go to Company Settings.

You will be taken to the company settings view, where you can manage your organization’s information and configuration.


Managing General Information

In the main view, you will see your general company information.

In the General section, you can update:

  • Company name

  • Registration number

  • VAT number

Make sure all details are accurate and up to date.


Updating Branding

To change the logo displayed in the admin navigation bar, click Change Logo and upload your new file.

You can also modify your brand colors to control the appearance of your admin interface.


Updating Office Address

  1. Navigate to the Office Address section.

  2. Enter your company’s address details as accurately as possible.

  3. Include longitude and latitude coordinates to enable the map widget display on your website.


Setting Opening Hours

  1. Scroll down to the Opening Hours section.

  2. Add your business hours so customers can see when you are available.


Managing Currency and VAT

In the Currency section, you can:

  • Set your default currency

  • Add additional currencies

  • Define your VAT rate

⚠️ Tip: If you only use one currency, additional currencies are not required as well - the sales channels will handle conversions automatically.


Configuring Exchange Rates

Go to the Exchange Rate section.

Here, you can manually define exchange rates if you want full control.

⚠️ Tip: If you prefer not to manage exchange rates manually, you can skip this step. The system will automatically apply daily exchange rates when needed.


Adding Contact Information

In the Contact Information section, provide:

  • Website URL (if hosted outside the platform)

  • Company email

  • Phone number

  • Primary contact person

This ensures your business is reachable and properly represented.


Managing Sales Locations

In addition to your main office, you can manage multiple sales locations.

To add a new location:

  • Scroll down and click Add More

  • Enter the location details

For best results, include longitude and latitude so the map widget appears on your website.

To remove a location:

  • Click the trashcan icon next to the entry

You can add as many locations as needed.


Saving Your Changes

Once you have completed all updates, click Save to apply your changes.


⚠️ Tip: Only company admins have access to company settings. Make sure you have the correct permissions before attempting changes.

⚠️ Tip: Always double-check address and contact details to ensure proper functionality across your website and sales channels.


Best Practices

  • Keep your company information accurate and regularly updated.

  • Only configure manual exchange rates if you actively manage them.

  • Ensure all locations include complete details for proper map display.
