Creating an Auction
Log in to your admin account, go to your Stock List.
Locate the machine that will be added to the auction event.
Click the three-dot menu and select Add to Auction.
Configure the initial auction details:
Choose auction type
Edit name
Choose group to access auction (not necessary for a public auction)
Set auction extension time
Choose currency
Configure opening bid, bid increment, and reserve price
Assign main contact
Set auction viewing time, start time, and end time
Click Save.
Configuring an Auction
Go to Auctions.
Locate the auction you created.
Click the three-dot menu and select View.
Under General Information, configure the final missing details:
Auction name for visitors that will appear on your website
Set end time gap
Add a description
Click Save.
Go to the Machines tab:
Click the three-dot menu next to a machine → View/Edit to adjust pricing details.
Click Machine Details to make changes to machine specifications and images.
Go to Groups tab:
Click Add Groups to Auction to manage group access:
Click Add to add new groups
Click Remove to remove access
Click Update.
Publishing an Auction
Once everything has been configured, click Save & Publish.
Auction Log
Go to your Stock List.
Locate the machine and click on it.
Open Machine Details.
Go to Auction Log to see all data relevant to the bid and bidder.
