Creating an Auction

Fill in the general information:
Choose private or public auction.
Give the auction an internal name.
Give the auction a name visible to customers. Don’t forget to translate it into the supported languages.
Choose auction extension time (automatically adds a few minutes to the end time when a bid is placed in the final moments, preventing last-second "sniping").
Choose auction end time gap ("soft close" or "extended bidding," where the end time of an online auction is automatically prolonged if a bid is placed within a set period before its scheduled close).
Choose the currency.
Add the main contact.
Set the auction viewing start time, auction start time, and auction end time:
Viewing Start: When items in the auction become available for viewing online or on-site
Auction Start: When bidding officially opens
Auction End: When bidding closes and no further bids are accepted
