Configuring Email Templates
Log in to your Admin account.
Ensure the Email Marketing feature is enabled.
Contact the Machineric team if you need assistance.
Navigate to Admin Tools → Email Offer.
Create a new template:
Click + Add Template.
Give the template a name and click Save.
Fill in the template details:
Sender details: Name and email of the representative sending the offer.
Brand colors: Apply your company colors to the email.
Header image: Add a visual header to make your email attractive.
Sales contacts: Include the contact info of your sales team.
Logo: Add your company logo.
Social media links: Include links to your profiles in the footer.
Save the template once all fields are completed.
Sending Out Email Offers
Go to your stock list.
Check the box in front of the machine(s) you want to include in the email offer.
Click the three dots on the right-hand side and select Create Email Offer.
Configure the offer:
Select a template to base your email on.
Choose detailed or minimal format.
Select price display options.
Choose your sales channel and currency.
Fill in the welcoming text.
Edit the machine title, price, and description, if needed.
Adjust sales contacts (pre-filled from the template, but editable here).
Preview the email to ensure it appears as intended.
Finalize sending:
Review sender details and write the email subject.
Add recipients:
Contacts: Send to individual contacts or multiple recipients.
Groups: Send a mass email to a predefined list.
Once everything is reviewed, click Send Email.
💡 Tip: Always preview your email to ensure branding and content are correct before sending.
Tracking Email Offer History
Go to Email Offers → Email Offer History.
Select the email you want to review.
View analytics for the specific offer, such as opens and clicks.
Check contact-specific history:
Navigate to CRM → Contacts.
Click on the contact to view details.
Under Latest Activities, see:
Groups the contact belongs to
Email offers sent to them
Other related activity
